Return & Refund Policies

At Knaha, we strive to provide high-quality gifting items and fashion accessories. Due to the delicate and personal nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return Policy

All products sold on Knaha are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by customer

  • Size or preference issues

  • Minor color variations due to photography

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services

All sales are considered final.


2. No Refund Policy

Knaha does not offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

Refunds will not be processed for:

  • Refused COD deliveries

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

We understand that issues may rarely occur during transit.

You may request a replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • You received a defective item

  • You received a wrong product

Important Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory.

  • Clear photographs of the issue must be provided.

Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • Store credit (valid for future purchase)

Knaha reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after inspection.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

If you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests are subject to approval.

Knaha reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Non-serviceable delivery locations

In such cases, prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available only on eligible high-value orders.

  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restriction from future COD purchases.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Processing of Approved Claims

If a replacement or store credit is approved:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Replacement delivery time: 3–7 business days
